Why am I getting Posts from this forum

In the past few hours I have been sent 3 emails from the Forum.  Not for posts I have already commented on but brand new Posts.  

New email description 'You have a new post'.

Someone else commented on this a couple of days ago and I said it shouldn't happen.

How do I turn it off??

Should be up to me if I have time to help partners on the forum.  This is ridiculous to be sent emails on things that mostly should be sent to the helpdesk.
