Why am I not showing up in Rio Dulce.

Why am i not showing up in Rio  Dulce or Livingston ? We are in rio dulce but we are showing up on 2nd or 3rd page. - hotelito Perdido is the highest rated hotel in the area(9.4) and we have zero exposure. WHY.!!!!!.I am getting tired of having to try to find my hotel. Lampara is a branch of Rio Dulce. And why am I not preferred. Do i need to pay a little more.? And why cant i find a phone number Please send one so I can talk directly with someone.

Hi Tim ,

There is no guarantee of position in results, but you can apply to join the Visibility Booster in the extranet.

Just be careful to only increase the commission % by 1.

 

It basically puts those who qualify and match the results in a top higher list on the first page.

 

Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi el Hotelito Perdido,

 

Outside of visibility boosting programs, the ranking of a property is very dynamic and dependent on a variety of factors such a previous guest search history, conversion, cancellations, review score etc. You can also have a look at these factors through your Ranking Dashboard in the Analytics tab to see if there are any areas you may improve in to help your ranking.

 

The Preferred Partner program is only eligible to the top 30% of performing properties in the area. To check your eligibility, navigate to the Opportunities tab > Preferred Partner program. If you are not eligible yet, you may wish to try the Visibility Booster as BrookAve had mentioned.
