I am working as a receptionist and I have a question about how can I add a 1 night surchange to my rate plans and how can I to activate.

You simply cannot and thats a crazy idea, not the correctly way at all to handle it.

Or having said that just charge them the supplement fee on arrival. But i advise against this if you have not already put it as a note into the New Reservation message template and check-in template.


Last thing you want is them to whinge and give bad rating and add a feedback comment whinging about it being a surprise .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
