Account termination Notice under 7.3c

Hi,

Yesterday i got an email from Booking about contract termination from Booking.com . 4 of my listing got terminated at the same time.

"We’re sending this email to inform you that your accommodation agreement with us has been terminated with immediate effect. This decision was made as a result of a breach of article 7.3c (xv) in the General Delivery Terms." - Parts of the email.

I tried to find about this and looks like there is no section 7.3c (xv) in the General Delivery Terms. There is only 7.3, 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 that is about Licenses from BookingSuite. 

I call Booking customer services and she tell me that she cant check the exact reason why this was happened.

Can you explain the reason why my agreement got terminated from Booking? And it is possible to me to open back my property? Just tell me what i need to do. Thank you

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Select :Account

Select  Other,

Click  See All contact options,

Click  CALL, phone number is revealed
