Add information about internet access


I would like to add information about internet access for my house. I cannot find it in my settings. When I look at the booking site it seems like there is no internet access at my place- I never did that setting and I don´t know how to change it.

Yep sooo many times I have answered this and berated BdC for still not moving it to where it should be .lol


It is under Property: Policies, scroll down half way, and its  in a pane on the right.


If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
