Adding restrictions to bookings

I have tried to adjust room restrictions as am unable to accommodate same day bookings, but the system fails to save my amendments no matter how I type in the details. Spent hours on this please advise ASAP as I don’t wish to start cancelling future last minute bookings

are you also setup for taking instant payments for last minute, many get caught out on that too.


as for the restrictions, did you request all the extendedfields in calendar be activated, such as Max Advanced Resveration.??

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
