Additional categories- breakfast
Hi,
We have newly opened a small hotel, we have accumulated a lot of reviews so far, however, when it comes to additional categories, I have realized that guests could only review bed rating and out of 66 review we had only one rating on Breakfast which was 5. What is bothering me is that when I ask some guests that I befriended if they you could rate breakfast in additional categories, they told me that there was only bed rating. I feel like unfair since other guests cannot rate our breakfast and guests booking through mobile app might think that our breakfast is terrible just based on one review. I would really appreciate some insights because when I contacted booking.com, they were as always clueless.
hmm i think it only appears if its not included in rateplan i.e. you enable it on the facilities and services page

I meant for instance, if breakfast is excluded and someone chooses the breakfast option then it is highly likely that they will be able to rate breakfast? Thank you.
