Send a message in via your Extranet and ask for Alternative Verification as you might be able to do this via video!

I did it already and nothing happend. Since one year I'm wating for some support to get rid of the lovely message: "Confirm your location". First code never arrived at my location and I'm not able to request a new one. Please fix it, it's really disappointing.
Hello Thomas Lata! From what I can see, you changed your address for the verification code in May. Please, let me know if you don't receive your code in the next couple of weeks.
