Advanced Restrictions - No departures/No arrivals

I followed the instructions

To set up a No arrivals restriction with your calendar in Monthly view, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Extranet and click either Rates & Availability or Calendar & Pricing, then Calendar.
  2. Select the date that you’d like to make unavailable for check-in. To select multiple dates, drag the blue rectangle over all the dates you want to restrict.
  3. In the panel on the right side of the page, scroll down to Advanced restrictions.
  4. Check the No arrivals box, then click Save.

The problem is that there's no "Advanced Restrictions" when I scroll down on the right side of the page.

Can anybody help me ?

That is correct by default you will not have all the features active.


What you are looking for is :



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
