Allow booking for min. 1 week?


I have set the booking options that during high season the minimum period is 1 week.

However, if someone wants to book for a shorter period, the system does not give a clear communication of the minimum length, but indicates as if the house was already fully booked for the requested period. I'm afraid it would make people try with another property, instead of trying for a longer time with my place.

Do you have any advice how to fix this problem?

Simply set up a weekly rate,  and disable the other rate plans for those dates and vice versa.

Hi Gerzsenyi Gabriella,


When a guest makes a search for dates that do not meet your calendar restrictions, the system will offer alternate dates that you have available with the correct length of stay to help the guest in their decision should they wish to extend dates.


For example, the property below has a 3 night minimum restriction across the below dates and I have searched for a 2 night stay. As this is not available, the system has shown me alternate dates I could stay which are close to my original search.
