We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Apparently "The Old Co-Op Cragg Vale isn’t bookable on our site anymore, but we’ve found some great alternatives for you in Hebden Bridge!"

yet again I/m struggling with this painful website.......now when I search (as a guest) for my property it says it's no longer bookable??????? What????

Have you checked your Rates, Calendar and made sure dates you are searching on are available, should be in Green.

Website is fine once you get the hang of it :)

Hello Susan McGarry! Welcome to the Partner Community, and thank you for asking your question. From what I can see, your property is online/bookable. It is available for a reservation. But I suggest that you should follow Sharonpowney's recommendations as well.
