Bank payments to me

I need someone from to sort out payments that are owed to me.  Invoices show that money will be paid to me but I don't get my money on the date it showed and I don't get hold of anyone at Bookings to discuss this problem.  

My bank says all is good to receive payment and I received payments last month.  Money owed to me from April 2021 is still outstanding and owed to me.  

I need urgent assistance.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

The telephone number is just ringing and no one replies to the messages.  I am really disappointed in the lack of service, in fact the no service.
