Big delays on answering questions on the extranet

I think booking.com is in its worst period. Iveen working with booking.com since 2004 and  i never had that treatment.

Such a shame for booking.com.

Nobody answers the messages for 6 7 or 8 days.!!!!!

Hey guys , we are in the tourism section. Hotels don't close on weekends !!!!
