Big problem with 2 bookings

Last year I limited my reservations to minimum 7 nights. I am gutted to find that this year I have two un-notified bookings of 1 and 2 night. I cannot accept these because it ruins my summer season. What do I do? I have informed the two guest groups that I cannot accept their reservations. Now the whole summer is "fermé" a. Does this mean booking.com is finished for me?

  1. Message the guest to place cancelation request via their account.
  2. Message guest, request cancel on the details page, wait for guest to click.
  3. Message Partner Support to cancel and relocate, and pay a relocation invoice

Previously we use to have cancellation option but nowadays , think we could not cancel the booking.
