a big problem at my homestay with booking.com

Please who are working for booking.com and managing our properties assist me on how to manage the information?. At the moment I have 02 rooms in the same property but I have 2 codes of property, I don't know how to delete the unconfirmed one and update photos for the second room because of all pics uploaded for the first room, so I will meet difficulties to explain to the guests why photos are different with the second room.
