Booking feedback no staff
Hello ... i just received new feedback from client - one question is related to staff , i have no staff the location is a complete villa .... so no staff. But in the feedback notation client should give a note for the staff .... so even if he enter nothing you have a 0 or 1 :-( .... so client put 10 or 9 to all questions ... no answer for staff ... bim notation 8 ... any tips ? Can i change or configure the survey . #bookingadvice #bookingfeedback Alice

There is no custom options like that at all.
Message the BdC support of the reference and what happened and they may contact the guest to ask them to finish it properly or you could if less than 7 days after checkout message them yourself.
