Booking feedback no staff

Hello ... i just received new feedback from client - one question is related to staff , i have no staff the location is a complete villa .... so no staff. But in the feedback notation client should give a note for the staff .... so even if he enter nothing you have a 0 or 1 :-( .... so client put 10 or 9 to all questions ... no answer for staff ... bim notation 8 ... any tips ?
