Booking.com and syncing issues

Hi Sergi, 

really annoyed with the issues we are having with the syncing from airbnb and little hotelier (non existent)   - over the past 12 months we have even had our syncing drop out and other issues, where we had ppl book for the same dates and the same room.   since booking.com got rid of staff due to COVID, we find that we are not getting the service to get these technical issues fixed.   quite often asking repeatedly and still not getting a solution, at times very frustrating.   can someone reach out and help plz..?  anyone finding the service lacking too..?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

thanks for your "help"

i have asked little hotelier and air bnb to help resolve this -

its a technical issue inside your computer system. 

and its not the 1st time either. 

we also have glitched when we have promotions - we say general rate - and when someone books -- they get the promotion rate as well as the discount - its supposed to come off the general rate - not a discount on the discounted rate = 2 times.,  we have had to cancel bookings - people get pissed off -  then on top of this we have to pay you commission - so that is not economical marketing.    you guys in IT need to think clearly and more cleverly - not just discounting all the time...    might as well close the business rather than do it dirt cheap.   LOL...
