Booking.com and syncing issues
really annoyed with the issues we are having with the syncing from airbnb and little hotelier (non existent) - over the past 12 months we have even had our syncing drop out and other issues, where we had ppl book for the same dates and the same room. since booking.com got rid of staff due to COVID, we find that we are not getting the service to get these technical issues fixed. quite often asking repeatedly and still not getting a solution, at times very frustrating. can someone reach out and help plz..? anyone finding the service lacking too..?
