i hope someone is able to help me. The question is why the business account has been downgraded. Could someone to explain why? Whom can i contact, by email, by phone ....

If our business account has been downgraded to a personal account, what does this mean for our affiliate partner program? Do we still reap the benefits? E.g. commission after a booking has been converted
