i hope someone is able to help me. The question is why the business account has been downgraded. Could someone to explain why? Whom can i contact, by email, by phone ....

Could someone provide me with phone number or email address.

The same happened to me , because they think... there were not enough business bookings this season..

thank you so much. for your explanation. I thought this... But we are offering flight tickets, no hotels or apartments. The current situation does not allows to sale enough tickets....

If our business account has been downgraded to a personal account, what does this mean for our affiliate partner program? Do we still reap the benefits? E.g. commission after a booking has been converted
