We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Can anyone tell me what’s guest should expect from a three star property? Is there’s set criteria for each star rating?

I have a three star property and sometimes I feel guests are forgetting they are rating a three star property. Sometimes I get exceptional property with a review score of 8, this really sucks!

There is no such thing , as no two properties. property types and accommodation types, and different countries/regions  are the same or on the same grading.

 

A score of 8 is actually quite high, in face anything over 5 is very good.

 

I would not over think it or assume things should be or must be 9 or 10 all the time, its totally unrealistic.
