Can anyone tell me where to find the "No Reply Needed" button on the Pulse app or on the website?

Can anyone tell me where to find the "No Reply Needed" button on the Pulse app or on the website?

The option seems to have disappeared from both platforms.  My review score is being affected by this as I am unable to close a conversation.  After replying with pointless comments three times already the guest has again said "Thanks".  I am receiving reminders to respond.

This appears directly below and inside the guest messaging section, I.e. chat history view for every reservation, when the last message in the history is from the person who made the booking

Perhaps you should report it through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.
