Can not add bank account in Canada BC

I have been doing business since 3 years with booking.com but since 2 months all my listing are getting closed as i need to update my bank , nd now when i add bank it is not allowing me to add . what can i do

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have tried everything possible , no help... as soon as i go to add bank details and institution and transit number  add the account numbers , it says ( not an essential field institution and transit number ) . and because of that my listing is closed. I spoke to few support help , and they are not able to deal with it.

Looks like i am wasting my time
