Search on Help for 'end partnership' for instructions.  This is the partner forum, not the booking.com help team, so we are not able to do this for you

If you are accepting cash then unfortunately this is a problem that I also had and very frustrating. Have you tried to use 'Payment by booking.com' and then they do all the processing of payments for you.  When I did this it instantly stopped the no shows and late cancellation.  You will need to contact the help desk and ask if you can do this.
