Changing Hotel Ownership
Dear partner,
The hotel property has terminated its partnership with OYO and no longer have any affiliation as of 1st July onwards. But OYO has not return back our admin access for our hotel, Hotel Sunsurya and change its business name as well. How can we proceed with it?

The main problem is the hotel property was not given back the login access for the extranet. Therefore, we are unable to communicate with BDC using the messaging function. Would there be a generic email address to somehow contact the support??
