We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Changing Username

Does anyone know how to change a username to log in to booking.com.  Mine is my eamail address and I'm finding it too long.

Dear Mario,

Your email address might be long but once you login then save it and it will automatically appear every time you want to login.

Thanks for the reply.  The real problem is that it doesn't automatically it appear, though it should.
