Checking problem about customer

Dear Partner

We would like to inform about the customer name J***( booking ID ****),

Our government inform the area hotel that hotel have to check customer has covid-19 test document or other related or not. Government  say not accept stay without these document when customer check in.

Then these customer didn't have document so we can not accept to stay .

book from 14th May, but they don't come on 14th 

and they come the 15th May

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
