Convenience in getting management and reporting data
I am a host, having two facilities which I rent out.
Each year I have to pay TOURIST taxes to the local government and VAT taxes to the central government. Also I want to administrate my rental business in an administration in order to keep track of my performance.
In order to have a full insight in this I need following data, preferable on a year basis in one (CSV) sheet:
- Booking Code,
- Start Date,
- Number of Nights (or end date)
- Guest name
- Place of living of guest (is obligator for the tourist taxes, demanded by the local government).
- Number of guests (is obligator for the tourist taxes, demanded by the local government).
- Amount Paid Out,
- Host Fee,
- Cleaning Fee,
- Gross Earnings
- Reference number used on bank payment (so I can match the bank payment with the confirmation).
