We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

we already get costumer review from old date it was during the national day in saudia and that guest was asking us to put 4 person in 1 room and when the facility refuse that the customer insist to make problem with our employee ... kindly we want you to make contact with the costumer to make sure of the story and here is the reservation number ( ***) .. we ask you to remove that review cause it harm our facility without any reason for that except very bad altittude from the costumer

While you could send a message to BdC Support, for  this past guest, this may not be entertained , but no harm and requesting it, all they can say worst case is no .


You could try message the guest via the reservation details page.


Note: if it has been more than 7days, the system usually blocks communication.


As for the review, no that will not happen. 

You can only reply to it and try to demystify any misinformation and use those words. Keep on point and try not to rage at them.
