We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Covid cancellation booking.com still taking commission

I have just checked when cancelling a guests booking for 2 weeks time and booking.com still appear to be charging me, can anyone help or tell me how i can contact booking.com

Go to Booking.com extranet, look for the telephone numbers to the support and speak with the customer service. This forum here is just for hoteliers to connect and moan :D 

Alternatively, choose the message system, and raise the issue with the finance team. 

But I would try to speak to a human first.
