COVID travel restrictions message: MAKE IT GO AWAY

Has anyone figured out how to remove the COVID19 Announcement that says only essential travelers allowed? We are open to the public and it is confusing our guests

It must be tough for booking.com to try and keep up with all the different requirements for every country in the world.  You might not need the banner today but who knows what tomorrow might bring, a second waive and another lockdown.

Try contacting booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

Thanks Sharonpowney, I put in a message to the Help Desk and they answered. 

You go to Property > Property Details > scroll down to Fine Print and check the boxes for what you want to highlight.

Not intuitive but once you find it you can customize the message easily.

That's great.  So you can customise for your own situation, which is really good.  I am sure there was an email from them somewhere but so much information flying around you lose what it is all doing.
