CRIMINAL GANG IN MY PROPERTY

Hello Everyone.

A criminal gang booked my property.

They set-up a drug dealing operation. The police were called and several people arrested. 

They then stayed for over 4 days and today assaulted my cleaning team.

They completely trashed my things, know my name, and Booking.com DOES NOT ANSWER.

How can I contact the head of all operations? 

PLEASE HELP.

Sorry to hear,

 

You must open the extranet, go to the reservation detail page, and there is a Report Guest button on right pane.

 

Fill out and pick the appropriate categories, etc.

 

and down the bottom tick the two boxes, one for blacklist guest, and one for BdC to follow up.

 

Note the current ongoing pandemic, this may take time for a response.
