You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



damages in the property

hi, is there anyone who can help about damages i had by a guests renting my property? booking seems not to cover any kind of damages and those guests are threatening me by saying they will leave a vary bad feedback. Of course i can prove the damages with pics..how can i do?

Sorry to hear of the drama you are having.


Yes there is already a feature on Extranet for dealing with this.

You can provide the photos and even better is if they made the threat in writing , such as SMS, email etc, screen shot and attach it also.


Open their reservation details and on right pane , click Report Guest, from the drop down options select relevent and enter the details and attachments.


Once you have everything you mentioned BdC will remove the false feedback , so long as you have the evidence to back it up.
