Didn’t receive code yet


has anyone had a similar issue? It says we are open for bookings, yet it’s not. There is a notification saying we need to enter the code that was mailed. We still haven’t received it and it was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of October. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and regards, Sydney Holiday Apartments
