Does Booking.com Filter calls dependant on when you last called

Called yesterday for the first time this year and got straight through. Today I am typing this having waited on hold for over an hour.

Is this a coincidence or are they profiling calls?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I can't believe everyone receives an equally bad customer service experience. I'm currently waiting 1hour and 30 minutes for customer services to take my call. See screenshot.
