Double booking

Guest has double booked and does not reply to my messages to change date or cancel. His phone number does not work either. What can I do?


Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.  Is this possibly a fake booking?

I tried to contact booking.com with inbox but it just has messages to me. How do I send? This is my first year at renting my property so I am a novice.
