Double bookings and syncing calendars
Anyone else have a problem getting booking.com to recognise the AirBnB bookings on the calendar when it is synced and clearly booked out?
I've had two issues with this in as many days yet Booking.com refuse to accept it is an issue with their system. They also told the second guest I was going to be 'investigated' as it was my fault and I have since been getting abusive and aggressive messages from them.
I sync the calendars constantly and am always checking dates but the system just keeps double booking regardless, it seems.
I can't get anywhere with customer service and they are now threatening to take commission they 'lost' because I was already booked elsewhere.
I am perfectly capable of managing the system - if it works - for just one room, but am now thinking of moving to Travelnest. Would that make life easier?
I don't think I have ever been treated so badly where I consider myself to be a client!
