Excellent Guest House


All Excellent Guest House bookings was cancelled From the 20 March 2020 and I did notified to cancel ALL bookings , but they did not do the Cancelations and still send me Invoices. Without asking my Wife payed the invoices . Can Please FIX THIS PROBLEM Canceled my advert because of outstanding invoices that was canceled .  CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM AND PUT THE MONEY ON CREDIT

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
