We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Extranet

I have situation with booking extranet.The guest wantet to reserve my apartement. He checked the date and wanted to reserve apartament. But something went wrong with reservation and he he droped the reservation and reserved the apartament on other place. But i recieved his reservation and i have number of reservation but he doesnt have any reserrvation on his account. 

 

What can i do ?

Hi Branuslav,

 

If you received a booking.com reservation on behalf of said guest, then the booking is confirmed .

 

Regardless if it was prepaid or not and you cancelation policy allows for it you can simply open the reservation on the dashboard and click on cancel.

 

The system will then email the guest to confirm cancellation.

I clicked on request to cancel reservation but he didnt recieved message or where to click to cancel reservation. He doesnt have any reservation on his account to my apartement. I did that yesterday.

  • top menu click Menu Reservations
  • Now click on the booking number the corresponds
  • If none listed already change the dates at top to match the period for the  booking check in date
  • Now with  the reservation details in view, on right usually top right, you wioll see UPDATE THIS RESERVATION.
  • Click on 'Request to cancel '

Now wait for them to confirm

i clicked on that yesterday and i call the man but he didnt recieved any request. That is the problem. And the reservation is still on.

I suspect that if your dashboard says there is a reservation for him then there 100% is a confirmation, regardless of what he has told you.

 

Call BDC directly if you need anything else.

Hi Branislav Blagojevic, thanks for posting such a case! From our understanding this is a little tricky situation, as it might be that he guest cannot find the reservation because he made a typo mistake in the email, or perhaps something else. As we are not able to give you a solution thought the Community, we suggest you to call directly our Customer Support, to sort it our with the guest directly! Good luck!
