Finding the sync button for my calendar

Hi it appears to be completely missing from my Calendar

Where can I find it please?

Its not missing its just not available, as your setup does not qualify for it, nor should you even use it, if you are trying to list on more than one OTA website.

 

Why?

 

1. There is a limit in place that when the inventory count of a room type >1 it will not appear.

 

2. It causes double /over bookings.

 

The correct and safe way it to use a 3rd party tool called a channel manager, some free some you subscribe to.

 

syncbnb.com, beds24, no beds, cloud beds etc....

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
