Hi everyone,

I've just received the first reservation for my apartment. Its 'a a good idea write a thank-you mail and maybe give additional tourist information to him?

Hey Marco,

There are posts on the forum discussing the predefined messages we send to guests.

Yes, you can definitely send them a message to thank them and to give info about your place, rules, contact info and other important things.

Info I agree with Zsolt. I have automatic replies. If a guest asks for something that is covered by my policies they will receive an automatic reply to confirm their request. It saves from a lot of worries. Since most quests dont read too much I only send a thank you reservation, in the begining, letting them know that I am available if they have any other requests.
