We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Forum input box is too small

Hello fellow partners!
Fluff wrote some days ago “The input box is far too small, making it difficult to keep track on our message”. Since I also use mobile version, I agree with her 100%. It’s very difficult to write in such a small box.
While Booking.com is investigating how to improve mobile version,
I found another way of writing messages.
I first write my comment in my notes. Then I copy and paste it in the small box in Forum.
It’s very convenient and I thought to share it here with you.
