We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Genius Upgrades and discounts

I've just had a reservation paying £79.50 (a Genius discount on my advertised rate of £90 for my normal double room). In addition to the discount, the guest has been upgraded to my best room (superking, with private en-suite and dressing room), which I normally charge £140 for! 

This is to let you know that you can deselect this option (click on Genius Partner Programme, then home, then deselect the option to upgrade, whilst continuing to offer Genius discount). 

This has been a very expensive learning curve for me, as this booking falls into a period where I make enough money to compensate for quiet times.

I never knew there were upgrades , is that just in your country? where are you based? Your partner profile is missing your property listing link so I cant see it .
