GHESTS DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR RESERVES THROUGH WEBDIRECT

In the last few days, 3 of our ghests who reserved through WebDirect, DID NOT receive any type of confirmation of their reserves.

Could you please check what´s wrong and what to amend and inform asap?.

Hi Alfonso 

They can just logon and see it on the website even if they dont have a email notification. More likely in the junk spam email folder.

 

Also you are not addressing anyone but fellow partners, what with this being called the Partner Community. :)
