Guest not answering email or message via Booking.com

A guest informed me the he has Covid. He asked i he can move the booking which i said he can he must just give me the new dates. 

No i'm not sure if he is still coming (28 Des 2020) or to which dates he would like to move the booking.

I can get new guest for the time he was booking.

Hi

 

Until they give new dates you cant move it. but since its been more than x hours I would cancel it , if prepaid the system refund it and they can just rebook later, and not keep stringing you along.

 

Its unfair of them to do that., Phone BdC Support to help cancel.
