Guest questions in the Inbox

There was a question from a guest in the Inbox.  I replied by calling them.  I don't need to reply to the question in the Inbox.  How do I remove the question - the option 'this question does not need to be answered' isn't there any more.  Thanks.

I don’t think you can remove it. Why don’t you just reply to your guest “nice talking to you” so you will stop having the sign in your inbox that message is not answered.

Just a suggestion.

Leaving your message with no reply might have an effect in your reply score....
