Guest ratings

Our Apartments are unmanned.  Guests are provided with unique electronic codes for entry/exit.  We live nearby and are available if needed.  We correspond with guests when we give their codes and answer questions etc.  However, because there are no staff on site, guests often put ‘0’ score against the ‘staff’ rating which affects our overall scores.  Very annoying, can the staff button be removed?

I'm pretty sure it was already said that staff score has no bearing on overall score multiple times due to the overall is an independent score.

Yes, I read that too, didn’t quite understand it. I guess the guest is asked independently to put scores out of 10, separate to the individual scores.  I suppose at worst it just looks bad, like the staff scored ‘0’ as there is no explanation to the viewer that there are no staff and if the guests leave no comments, you get no chance to respond and explain the scoring.
