Guest Review 10 poster / sticker . . . where is it.

HI, WITH SCORE 10 (giest reviews for 2019 for our property), I WAS EXPECTED TO RECIEVE A STICKER AND THE POSTER WITH RATING 10 IN THE POST AS LAST YEAR. CAN YOU PLEASE RE-SEND IT AS WE DID NOT RECIEVED IT, I DO NOT WANT TO PRINT IT MYSELF, I PREFER TO GET IT DIRECTLY FROM BOOKINGS. THANKS A BUNCH. MP

This is the partner forum so you have written to wrong people.  Also, you may not realise that writing in capitals is consider as 'shouting' at someone so not needed in this case.  You need to email booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.
