I find this all very frustrating. Our property has had a 9.5 rating for three of the four years we have operated our bed and breakfast business. We live in fear, quite seriously and literally, that this excellent score will drop due to Booking.com's beligerence in keeping this new system.
Even the old system had flaws but the new system will be detrimental to our business and will affect our profitability.

Many disgruntled people on here but they won't listen.
This new system is an advantage to low scoring properties but detrimental to higher scoring properties as our scores are reducing.
You are not alone in your concerns as there are many other discussions regarding this subject.
We are having a similar problem. All 10s = 8 overall? All 10 = 7 overall?
Both reviewers did not leave comments and we are therefore unable to identify why such a low overall score or to comment on their reviews!?
