Hi there. My last 3 reviews (May 2021) were all 10/10 but the overall rating for 2 of them were 9 and for one of them even an 8. I am distressed. The new overall scoring system are dragging my very healthy looking review scores down; I am losing the will to continue running my otherwise successful bed and breakfast. I started off well four years ago but find I am unable to cope with the review scores going down at this alarming rate. HELP!!! Who can I contact to discuss this with at booking.com; or can I start up a petition?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
