Uno de nuestros clientes se ha equivocado a la hora de puntuar, queriendo ser su puntuación más alta de 9.2 y finalmente por equivocación nos da un 7.9, como indica en la fotografía adjunta.

¿Hay alguna posibilidad de que el cliente pueda modificarlo?

One of our clients did a mistake sharing the score feedback of our hotel.

He wanted to give us a 9.2 but finally by mistake as he said in the picture, he wrotte us a 7.9.

 

Is there a way to change the score by himself?
