I am contacting you on behalf of a colleague who owns the property on Booking with the nr. ***
the owner cannot access the Pulse application because when he receives the verification code, he goes to the wrong phone number. The correct number to enter is ***. we also got the code we need to deliver to you to get access to the Pulse app. *** is the code that we received .

It is unlikely you can do this on behalf of them.
They should contact the BdC support team to change their contact mobile number.
or try https://admin.booking.com and after logged on go to Account ,contacts and update it there.
